Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Clean and in good condition
  • Not heavily used or damaged by the customer
  • Returned with original packaging if possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for products that are heavily used, stained, damaged, or missing key parts.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label or package if needed

After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or our mistake, we will help cover the return or replacement cost.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
